Booking Policy
For all appointments, a $50 NON- REFUNDABLE retainer deposit fee is required. The retainer deposit fee certifies your commitment to your appointment, and it will be applied toward your total cost due at the time of service. IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON! Any person later than 15 minutes for his/her appointment time will automatically forfeit his/her retainer deposit fee. Please be considerate of other client's time.
No-shows on perfecting sessions, or cancellations within 72 hours, forfeit the $50 6-8 week perfecting session. He/she can reschedule and pay $175 for the perfecting session service. It has to be scheduled within 8 weeks of one's initial appointment (otherwise the client has to pay the annual touchup fee). After your initial appointment is completed, it is best to schedule your perfecting session with Kala. It is not The Brow Loft 307's responsibility to call and schedule your perfecting session.
Why is there a retainer deposit fee?
Leaving a retainer deposit fee means that you are serious about the service booked and will most likely show up to your appointment. In the case that you do not show up. The retainer deposit fee is retained to SLIGHTLY cover the time of the artist that has been wasted. Artists don't work on salary, they work in a service based income. Meaning that if you don't show up, they don't get paid.

Please be mindful and respectful of people's time. This applies to the entire service industry. Your esthetician, your nail artist, your wax tech, hair wizard. We all work hard and our time is valuable.
